The suburb is big hit with aspiring buyers who want easy access to the city: it’s on the Piccadilly Line, and the North Circular’s on the doorstep.

Property prices here are lower than in nearby Wembley and Ealing, and thanks to ongoing regeneration, there’s no shortage of new flats to choose from.

Over half the area’s planned 6,000-plus new homes are at the Grand Union development, alongside a revitalised stretch of the Grand Union Canal.

Here you’ll find cafés, restaurants and play areas, while live music sessions, markets and events are held throughout the year.
